Training During break: On January 2nd, 2006 Redlands Aikikai will hold an open class from 6-8pm, New Year's Training (Kan Geiko). On January 7th, 2006, Redlands will host an Aikido Randori and Weapons Intensive from 10:00am - 2:30pm. Redlands has added a weekly class on Soaring Crane Chi Kung (a series of 5 routines of very simple exercises used in China for health promotion), as well as other forms of Chinese health and martial arts, such as Baguazhang and Tai Chi. Most physical conditions are acceptable - anyone who can walk will be able to do these practices. Check for Redland events at: Redlands Aikikai,
